Job Description Summary: Company Sales Representative/Product Sales Distributor, responsible for B2C & B2B
Ideal candidate with have:
a) Online Social Media Experience; Sharing and Educating others, shooting videos, blogging, and posting to various platforms
b) Success in Product Sales. Setting sales targets each month and meeting goals.
c) Recruiting a Commissioned Bases Product Sales Team, (To work directly with you) Training and Coaching them to set sales targets and meet their goals.
d) Product knowledge related to Skin Care and Health Nutrition
e) Experience in diagnosing and treating Skin issues
f) Experience in helping, encouraging and coaching others (Personal Development) in self-confidence and mind-body wellness, and how to set and achieve their goals, be organized, disciplined and successful in product sales business.
Sales duties and responsibilities include.
a) Becoming an expert in the Company products
b) Setup and maintain various Social Media Pages and Social Media Campaigns, to educate, entertain & excite (with your passion and humor, and with creative contests, events, and promotions) the consumer about the Company and its products, and direct them to your Personalized Company Online Web Site/Store for information and to make product purchases.
c) Show Off Product Features & Efficacy
d) Setting Weekly/Monthly Sales Goals
Whenever possible, provide your feedback and input to the Company relating to how its products are being accepted, or if there are any consumer issues, ideas, or needs to assist in the further developing of the products and online tools.
Skills:
· A “People Person”, who Confident with an Engaging and fun personality, and someone who can help others feel comfortable and important.
Online Social Media Experience; Sharing and Educating others, shooting videos, blogging, and posting to various platforms
Basic understanding of online Direct Sales, and Network sales principles with focus on quality product introduction, customer acquisition, and product sales.
· Ability and willingness to make sales “cold calls” to potential customers, and specialty retail outlets (Spa’s, Aesthetician Practitioners, Dermatologists etc).
· Understanding of how to build a sales team, and work with them to set product sales targets and goals.
· Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Detail-oriented and works with accuracy
· Highly organized and flexible
· Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Working knowledge of email, scheduling, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and other office and social media related platforms and software
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree or 2 years’ experience serving in Skin-Care or Nutrition profession, or in direct, or network sales relating to Health & Beauty
· Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software, knowledge and access to Social media platforms; Instagram, Facebook, etc. and Microsoft Office is minimum.
Languages:
· Must be fluent in English, with excellent spelling and grammar skills
· Helpful if you have a second language, i.e. Spanish, Chinese or German
Position:
· Company is looking for both; Full Time persons working out of South Lake Tahoe office, or those Entrepreneur types who are disciplined and productive working from home.

· 90 Day probation
· Pay is based on Product Sales Commission, with Bonus incentives based on performance.
